The Centre for Transformative Work Design (CTWD) at Curtin University ‘s Future of Work Institute is currently accepting paper submissions on emerging innovations related to work design for the 2024 CTWD Conference ‘Work Design for Success: Innovative Research and Leading-Edge Practice’ on 12-14 February 2024 in Perth, Western Australia.
 
Work design has never been more important. Many sectors face high levels of staff burnout, employers struggle to understand how to address psychosocial risks, and many stakeholders are unsure how AI, Chat GPT and other transformative technologies will impact work.
 
Submission types

Submissions will be assessed by the conference committee and are judged on clarity, innovation, contribution, and overall quality.
 
Key dates
  • Submissions deadline: 1 October 2023
  • Author notifications issued by: 10 October 2023
  • Optional pre-conference workshops: 12 February 2024
  • Main conference: 13-14 February 2024
A limited number of travel bursaries will be available for Early Career Researchers (ECRs) and full-time PhD students who have their papers accepted for presentation at the conference.
